It was interesting when you explained that land surveyors help engineers form the blueprints of homes. I would imagine that land surveyors need to use state-of-the-art technology in order to get accurate recordings. It would be interesting to learn more about the technology that is used to perform land surveys.

Very insighful! A solid foundation is the most important part of any structure. If your land has not been properly graded, every rain or storm will cause all of the water around your home to pool. This causes cracks and foundation damage. Nothing you build on top of a shaky foundation will be very stable.
